You will receive a $50 gift card! Whether you've used me or not, once we fund, you get a rebate for your support.
Sellers
You trusted me with the sale of your home because your friend referred me, and we funded? You receive 0.25% rebate of my commission, saving you $1,000 or more! Have you used me in the past and need to sell again or sale and buy? I also rebate back for that as well!
Buyers
Your friend or family recommended you and we fund on your new home? I rebate up to $1,000 toward your closing cost! (Contingent on loan terms).
