"She is the best realtor! I am a first time home buyer so I don’t know much about foundation, floor warping, old roof, etc. As soon as we walk in she pays attention to detail to see if there’s a defect. In one of the house we went to see she saw a crack in the wall and told us that type of crack is due to a foundation issue. She was able to give us an estimate of what she thinks foundation would cost. She was even able to tell if the house was on brick or foundation as soon as we would walk in! She is extremely knowledgeable in everything like the house, insurance, mortgage lenders, etc. She recommended me multiple lenders that do soft pull and I found my lender thanks to her with a great interest rate. When we closed she did her best to make sure we got the house. We had to bid on the house, I went with her recommendation on what to offer and the seller went with our offer!! I strongly recommend her if you want an honest and knowledgeable person that will ALWAYS help you and look out for you in the best way possible. She works very quick and I love how accessible, kind, and easy to communicate with. I always felt comfortable when we would go see houses. If you need a realtor, GO WITH HER.
